1. HOW TO ENTER: Complete the survey sent by Segway-Ninebot regarding the product Cube 1000. Upon completion your email will be entered for a chance to win $100 Coupon to use on our website, store.segway.com. This unique coupon code can only be utilized once and expires June 20, 2023.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to everyone who is 18 years of age and older as of January 13, 2023, except for employees of Segway Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
3. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted before January 31^st, 2023 by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winner(s) will be notified by email or by phone. The $100 coupon code will be distributed to the winners and can only be utilized once. The coupon code cannot be passed on to another individual other than the potential winner. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
