Paul and Jane Drake live in the United Kingdom, but travel to Florida in September each year for a three-week vacation. The couple first learned about touring via a Segway Personal Transporter (PT) while researching local attractions. Over the last few years, they have taken seven tours in Florida.
“My husband and I are big fans of Segway PTs. They’re just fun! We’ve tried both on and off-road tours at different locales and we’re thoroughly entertained,” said Jane. “We’ve especially enjoyed tours which offered varied terrain and we’ve always found our tour guides to be professional and entertaining -- we appreciated that.”
Paul added, “Riding a PT is very easy and offers us a sense of freedom that’s refreshing. We can cover more ground and take additional time to sightsee and explore. At our age, we much prefer gliding to walking!”
