Since 2002, INNOVENTIONS at Epcot® has displayed the Segway PT.  Today, guests can experience the thrill of riding a Segway on one of two different daily Segway guest experiences.  "Around the World at Epcot" is a two-hour tour conducted four times daily and “Simply Segway” is a one-hour guest experience offered twice daily.

The "Around the World at Epcot" guest tour provides a product overview and training, practice riding on an indoor course and the opportunity for participants to take a guided tour around the World Showcase at Epcot®.  December 2005 marked a milestone with this experience as the 10,000th guest to participate in the "Around the World at Epcot®" was recognized in a ceremony at Epcot®!

The "Simply Segway" experience is also offered and it is designed for those guests who may not want or have time for a longer tour.  This one-hour experience includes a Segway PT product overview, indoor riding on a pre-determined course and a 15-minute outdoor riding experience in various locations in Future World at Epcot®.

Another way to experience Segway at INNOVENTIONS at Epcot® is to visit "Segway Central", located at in the INNOVENTIONS West building.  This exhibit includes a short guest ride experience as well as, interactive stations where guests can get more information on the Segway PT, watch media of Segway development and everyday uses and interact with Cast Members as they give daily demonstrations that showcase how the Segway PT works.
