Judy Cai
Vice President, Finance

Judy joined Segway’s senior management team as Vice President, Finance in June 2015. She is responsible for all aspects of Segway’s financial management including accounting, financial reporting, strategic planning and budgeting. Judy is a CPA and CGMA with over 15 years of experience in every facet of finance.

Prior to Segway, Judy worked in both public accounting and private industries where she held progressive accounting and financial management positions. Her considerable manufacturing industry experience included stints with Schneider Electric and InterGen. Judy holds an MBA in Finance from New Hampshire’s own Whittemore School of Business & Economics at UNH, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Russian Studies from Peking University in China. Judy speaks fluent Mandarin.

Matt Polimeno
Vice President, Operations

Matt joined Segway as its Vice President, Operations in May 2015. In this leadership role, he oversees day-to-day facilities, manufacturing and operations functions, which includes responsibility for quality and inventory management as well as shipping and receiving.

Before coming to Segway, Matt spent several years working in various management roles for Beacon Power where he was most recently its Director of Manufacturing & Materials. He has extensive experience in manufacturing, procurement, quality, inventory management and project management. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Fran Bridges
Vice President, Engineering and Supply Chain

Fran joined Segway in the newly created role of Vice President, Engineering and Supply Chain in March 2014 after consulting with the Company for several months. In this important role, Fran is responsible for managing day-to-day engineering operations, facilitating product development and leading the expansion of Segway’s product line as well as improving the procurement process and reducing material costs.

Fran has several years of engineering and program management experience at a wide range of U.S. and international automotive, electronics, technology and manufacturing companies. Prior to joining Segway, he held senior and strategic positions at organizations including M*Modal, Centrum Climate/VistaPro Automotive, Visteon and Ford Motor Company. Fran holds a Master of Science in Computer Control Theory from Wayne State University as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science both from Ohio University.

Gene Northam
Vice President, Global Service

Gene joined Segway in June 2008. In 2011, he took on the role of Vice President, Global Service. He is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all aspects of Segway product repair worldwide and ensures that Segway’s exacting customer service standards are consistently met. During his tenure, Gene also held the positions of Director of Global Service and Service Manager, North America.

Prior to joining the Company, Gene worked in the automotive industry for multiple years at companies including General Motors, Porsche, Audi and Saab. He also served in the United States Army as a Second Lieutenant in the Air Defense Artillery. Gene earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and graduated with honors from Nichols College.

Brian Buccella
Vice President, Business Development & Marketing

Brian joined Segway as its Vice President, Business Development & Marketing in April 2014. He is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving business development initiatives and supporting the expansion of Segway’s electric vehicle product portfolio. Brian has an extensive background in operations, sales and marketing and has worked for technology, transportation and automotive organizations.

Prior to Segway, Brian was the President of Vectrix, where he also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In addition, he has held senior roles at companies including T3 Motion, REMEC and Powerwave Technologies. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton.

Roxanne Lamonde
Risk Manager and Senior Paralegal

Roxanne joined Segway in August 2006 and currently serves as its Risk Manager and Senior Paralegal. She manages litigation matters, oversees transactional issues related to insurance and contracts and also protects Segway’s intellectual property.

Roxanne has extensive experience in the areas of litigation, personal injury discovery and pretrial preparation. Prior to joining the Company, she was a Litigation Paralegal for the law office of Donahue, Tucker & Ciandella, PLLC. She has also held various positions in the banking industry, is a Notary Public and Justice of the Peace. Roxanne earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Science from Hesser College graduating summa cum laude.

Sue Greeley
Human Resources Manager

Sue joined Segway’s Finance Department in 2008 where she oversaw accounts receivable and payroll. When Segway was acquired in February 2013, she transitioned her considerable skill sets to the Human Resources Department. Today, Sue is the organization’s Human Resources Manager and is responsible for all related functions.

Prior to joining the team, Sue was an Accounting Manager at Greenard Press and Schleuniger Inc. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Hesser College and has received her Human Resources Certificate at Southern New Hampshire University.
